wish I may, wish I might....
We were sitting outside on Sunday night with my parents and got to talking about shooting stars... the kids really wanted to see one... so it just so happened that there was going to be a meteor shower a few days from then.... so we decided to drive up Little Cottonwood, last night, away from the city lights to get a better glimpse at the meteor shower so the kids could see some shooting stars... it was pretty fun... we parked up by Alta and threw a blanket out on the road... the side of the road...
all snuggled up waiting for the show to start... we ended up seeing quite a few... Brad saw a ton like over 40... and the kids saw a dozen or so... it was fun to see the different kinds, some were really bright, some really faint, some were super fast, and some had awesome "tails" we even saw a double one... it was fun when we would all see one at the same time... and funny when just one of us would see one... we were trying to think of funny things to say when we would see one... Parker came up with geronimo, and accapella .... so they would yell that when they when they saw one...
the night ended with all the chillies asleep... and Brad and I hanging out with the kids between us... it really was fun, some good family bonding time... it was funny too cause when we got there, there was a car or two up there... and when we left the whole place was full of people doing the same thing we were doing... it was funny when there was a good one, cause you could hear everyone oooing and aweing... like a firework show...

Good Times!!!
