Thanksgiving,Puerto Rico,& This is the Place Monument!

We had such a fun Holiday, we went to my moms with all my family and spent the time pretty much eating and playing games...
Yes we played all of these, one night was spent playing all the DVD games, and other nights were spent playing Puerto Rico till 3 in the morning...(and then again the next day) which was probably my favorite part of the whole weekend, it seems to be tradition to stay up till wee hours of the morning playing games, it's hilarious cause everyone is so tired and my brothers (in laws) are so dang funny, we just play and laugh our butts off.

Movie time, we got all the kids ready for bed then watched Fred Claus, not too bad of a show, fun way to kick off the Christmas Season....

Cute Bron ready for Thanksgiving Dinner, we went around the table saying what we were grateful for, Parker was grateful for his family and that he lived in America, and Max was grateful for Hailey (Jesse's girlfriend) Jesse, Papa and Kara and Grammy... he trailed off a little but was just listing all of us, it was cute and some how Hailey made the top of the list, I think he said mine and Brad's names eventually... it was pretty funny.

The table set and ready to go, and the adorable place cards that Parker and Sydney did all by themselves, it was so cute to watch them stamp all of them and write on each card, with no help for spelling or anything, little smartie pants' (s) ??

We went to This is the Place Monument Park, it was very fun and festive, you should totally go if you can squeeze it in, we walked around from house to house, they did a couple of crafts, we did some dancing, saw Mary and Joseph and Baby Jesus, saw some carolers.... you can ride the train down to Santa's house where in one house you write him a letter and in another you go mail it and sit on his lap... the Santa needs a little more personality but we were just glad we can say they sat on his lap without having to wait at the mall....

All of us piled into the Caboose... so much fun!!!!

We have such a good time when we get together, I am so blessed to have such a fun family where everyone gets along so well, it's my favorite thing ever!!! Lots to be grateful for this Holiday season.
