Jr. Jazz

Parker had his first Jr. Jazz game last night... we have done nothing but soccer since he was about 4, so it's been interesting to see him do something different. He is still figuring out the rules and how the whole game works... but it is fun to see him do something new. There is a lot of running around and us yelling "get open", "get the re-bound", and us explaining that you don't have to guard your guy when your team has the ball, there is so much going on... It is fun to see him figure out how it works and to see him adjust to something new. We'll see if he likes it enough to want to do it again, or if he'll choose soccer over this... we still need to try baseball and football... we have a lot of years of sports ahead of us... and we'll probably spend thousands of dollars, all for them to experience a little sweat and competition....
