Kill'n time...
We needed somethen to do on Saturday... so we took the boys to Muligans, I am trying to squeeze in some good activities before this baby comes, so this was perfect... the boys loved it and want to go back...

I believe this was our first experience with mini golf where they all got there own club and ball and shot the whole "course" by themselves... they're growen up!! We didn't keep track of scores for obvious reasons but the kids had a blast!!

I'm quite surprised, we didn't even loose a ball to a water hazard or over the fence... especially with Bron swinging like this:
After golf we tried the batting cages... good experience for the boys, both Parker & Max did come out of the cage in tears cause the ball hit them on the hand... Bron had a little help from dad but got in their too, we made Parker do it again so he wouldn't be afraid of the ball... I'm just glad they did it at all, these things scare the crap out of me.... even Brad said he wouldn't want to do it on the next level up... we obvisouly did the "very slow" one but even slow looks fast! They had fun and I think would do it again? Ha Ha... good experience and a fun afternoon!!

Field Trip To Thanksgiving Point
Max had a field trip to Thanksgiving point last Thursday the 15th... we actually went with the other class cause we missed his... I was glad we went cause the boys had a blast! We went on a wagon ride... Bron has tears in his eyes cause he bit his lip or something right before I took this... he still gave me a good cheezer of course...
we walked around the farm and saw all the animals, they were quite lively that day, the turkeys were gobbelen right at the kids and the goats were jumpen up on the fences... the kids loved it..

they got to feed the lamas ...

... and ride the pony's, Bron's favorite part...

If your looken for somethen for the kids to do I would suggest this... I think it's pretty cheep and not somethen they get to do every day... (unless you live on a farm) we only paid a couple bucks for the kids, I don't know if thats a field trip price or not but I can't imagine it would be much more... fun stuff!
Scouts
Parker had his first pack meeting Wednesday the 14th 2010, he is loving scouts and is doing so great already, he earned his bobcat and received his patch that night! If your not familiar with scouts (join the club) you have to earn your bobcat before you can move on, and work on any other things... so even if he was doing stuff to earn his wolf you can't get your wolf or anything else unless you've earned your bobcat... if that makes sense, and is even right ha ha... the bobcat is just getting familiar with what scouts is all about and being able to memorize stuff like the scout motto... anyways, he's doing awesome and we're proud of him for wanting to accomplish these things... and for doing it so fast!!! Good job buddy!!!
Parker pinning on the bobcat pin that mom's get when the kids receive the next level of whatever...

He also got recognized for winning first place in the District Pinewood Derby... Brad and Parker made another Pinewood Derby car and took it to District and did pretty awesome... Parker got first place and even broke a couple track records!!! Scouts has been fun for him, he is loving it all!!!

Baby Update
Ok so, I am 36 weeks, dialated to 1 1/2 and 50 % effaced, last appointment I was the same, they did an ultra sound last week to check her weight cause I am measuring small, and had lost weight... the baby is doing great and is measuring about 5.7 lbs. (probably a little more now cause that was a week ago) This week I lost 4 pounds and am measuring 33 cm... still a little under on the measurements( I usually measure what week I am) but they did go up from last week when they were 32... anyways, last week he said he would strip my membranes, but when he checked me again I had not dialated anymore, which puts the chances of putting you into labor at only like 10 % so what's the point... anyways, he will strip them on the 28 FOR SURE no matter what, (he is going out of town this week) so long story short, I'm trying to be patient and I keep telling myself 2 more weeks...but this time I think I really, really have only 2 more weeks left... I am anxious for her to come and have been kinda jumpen the gun and thinken I'm further along than I really am... at least wishing... it has been a good pregnancy, I never did get sick... but these last few weeks have been hard, my 30 year old body with baby #4 in it, is not that same as it used to be, when I was 22... BUT I will be patient and wait till she's ready, and try not to complain I am thankful I'm able, and healthy, and that all is well... baby I am ready when you are!!!

Swimming Lessons
The kids started swimming lessons this week, this is actually there first time in them... I've always meant to do it, but never have... our weeks now are crazy busy, which I try to avoid cause I don't think kids should be crazy busy, but I thought if we are going to attempt to go swimming at all this summer, with the baby and all, this might be a good idea... we had originally just signed up Max & Parker, but Bron was set on doing it too... luckily they had a spot open in his age group... I wasn't going to do Bron cause at his age all they do is blow bubbles, but what can ya do...
Check'n out the pool
Parker, kicken away... Parker does pretty good for not ever having swim lessons... he swims under water alone great, just needs a little help on the other stuff, he's catching on quick and does great!
Max's turn... he is mostly just having fun, I think you have to do one on one lessons in order for kids to really get the help but this is a start...
Bron was freezing... well they all were, apparently they should turn up the heat a little, he took a little break and sat with the lifegaurd...
then it was his turn on the kick board, he's having fun too, and is glad just to be doing what his brothers are doing...
we'll see how well they do in the end...they have this long pole they take down to the deep end and have the kids climb down to try and touch the bottom, it made me nervous... but they did it... Parker was nervous to try, but Max did it so then Parker did ha ha... that was the first lesson... Parker is now in a class above Max which I hope stays the same, cause he's not on Max's level... anyways, hopefully it's not a complete waist of money... anything is better than nothen I guess... I have mixed feelings on the whole thing, but I'll stop babbling now... they are having fun!!
Spring Break
Spring Break was last week, we tried to do fun stuff everyday... it was a little tricky with the "awesome" weather we had for it.... one day we went to the Park... the kids got pretty wet, but hey at least we tried...
they got creative one day and played in the closet... they pulled out the toy bins and spent a good hour playing in here with the door shut, it was actually pretty nice...
On Friday Brad & I took the boys to 'Jump on it' a pretty sweet trampoline place in Lindon... the kids have been wanting to go forever, its actually pretty cool, they had a BLAST!!!

They have a small "blow-ups" section for smaller kids, Bron enjoyed it, this is his Nacho stantz... he does this, then dives off, it's pretty funny!

We let them sleep in the front room one night too, then we did Easter stuff the other days... it was a nice little break!
