Well in my attempts to stay busy, so as to keep my mind of things... and to get something crossed off my "to do" list, on a whim I totally painted and re-did Bron's room... We had plans to go to Twin Falls this last weekend but ended up not going. Brad ended up working which left me with nothing to do on Saturday, so I decided I would re-do Bron's room, I have been wanting to paint it, pretty much since I painted it originally, it was always too Green... so I painted it Green ha ha ... but I painted the lower portion the shade darker than the upper portion and then just re-arranged... I had no money to do anything to cute and crazy but I'm liking the change better than it was, and the two toned green looks so much better.
After... I moved his bed to the other side of the wall... and hung up a quilt that I had... He has his big basket ball thing in his room that doesn't exactly go with the theme so I thought the "sports quilt" might help a little.
I know most of you really don't care.. but I love to decorate and was excited about my results that costs so little... re-arranging always makes me feel better.
The bathroom is next...

Love it! Can't wait to see it in person. Wish I could have been there to help.
Seriously, you are amazing! I love it. I REALLY need some help in my own house. If you still want/need to keep busy, my home has endless potential with no direction of my own! HELP oh decorating genious!
Darling. I love the two toned green.
So fun. It looks great. When are you comming to do my house? I'm so clueless.
That is a similar green that Candace has her kitchen painted. I love that green-very soothing like aloe. Funny that you are doing your bathroom next. I'm thinking about the same with mine. And your boys with their haircuts and open head wounds-all I can say is welcome to being a mother of boys! You become aquainted fast to staples, stitches and cool scars that only boys can appreciate. Both my boys saved all their staples and stitches (they stick them to a big tongue depresser)-gross.
Oh and cute border design on your blog by the way!
I love your eye for things. You make it seem easy. I still have to incorporate the ideas we talked about in my bathroom--at least we got those knobs hung up for the hand towels, etc.
Thanks, the invite finally worked. Cute room, I wish I had a little decorating in me.
