(If you can tell me the artist of the "post title" your wicked awesome, award yourself 10 points)We had such a great HOLIDAY, we started the day off... well by sleeping in and not going anywhere or doing anything till 1:00... then we headed over to Brad's cousins,
Kevin's, house where he threw a pretty sweet BBQ, as you can see he had a sweet slip 'n slide that the kids had a blast on...

Bron (above) a nice slide into the grass/mud... and Max (below)
cruzen down...

Parker...

Brad & Bron going together...

a little
shuv from dad...

jumping on the tramp... we really had lots of fun, we did the slip 'n slide, jumped on the tramp, ate good food, and played volley ball, we appreciate Kevin and Liz' hospitality.... they throw a good party...

Towards the evening we headed over to my mom & dad's for some more food & fun!! We first played with some "day time" fireworks...

we let off these cool ones that let out streamers, we wandered over to the church to let them off so we could all try and catch them...

we ate some yummy food, played
Crockett, and let off more fireworks...

Bron at the beginning of fireworks...

... and Bron at the end... he fell asleep about half way through the "show", apparently he had a long day...

sisters.... minus kara... she was in Twin Falls - me Brooke & Kalli

AND the CLEAN up CREW... Jesse Brad & Max, Andy & Parker, Matt

after fireworks we ended the evening with a little game of German Spotlight... we played this
all the time as kids, it's the best night game.... if you have never played (you should)... you start at one end of the lawn and crawl your way to the other end... trying not to get "spotted" by the person holding a light... if the person holding the light shines it on you and they guess that it is in fact you, your out... if they shine the light on you and guess wrong your all good... everyone wears dark colors and you sneak your way to the finish hiding behind objects... we pulled stuff out of the garage as our props and snuck away... it was seriously so much fun, brought back some good memories...

... and the
3rd of JULY
we went to see the fireworks at Eagle 'something' Golf Course, out in North Salt Lake... Brooke lives out there and invited us to see the show...we bbqed at home with our friends the Newmans then headed over.. it was great, we went and hung out on the golf course and played games until the show started...

it's a great firework show to go to, they do a good job and it's pretty fast getting out... we just may have to make this a new tradition...

The question I have for you Jen is: How can you live in the northeast?
Nice pics from a great weekend. I'd have some cool pics too if we didn't loose our freakin' camera at the fireworks on Friday.
