Maurer Christmas Party

Monday the 19th we had a Maurer Family Christmas Party, My Moms side of the fam! We used to have this party every year growing up, Santa would come we'd all sit on his lap, tell him what we wanted and walk away with a little gift, it faded out a little as we all got older but we had it again this year, good times~

It was fun to see everyone, (almost everyone) there were a few missing, those who live out of state and some people had to work, but it's always fun to hang with the fam! Yay for family Christmas parties!!

Sing Choir of Angels

Cute Parker had his Christmas Choir Concert, Tuesday December 6th, at Eastmont Middle School. I love going to this! It is so much fun to watch him sing. He looked so handsome up there all dressed in his Sunday Best! He really was adorable, Brad gave him a little prep talk about looking at the people who come to see you, and he did just that, and he does this cute little thing where he tries not to smile, but he really wants to cause he's happy... it's awesome, he's such a good kid, we are proud of him for wanting to sing in the choir and doing such a good job, he knew every word and stood up there and held still and sang his little heart out!

We invited both the fams, and appreciate the love and support he gets from our families, he is loved!

we have made this a little tradition to go to the concert then back to our place for a Hot Chocolate Bar, its super fun and festive and we love the company of loved ones!! Way to go Parker!!

Holiday Weekend

December is here! Which means we are busy doing fun Holiday things!! Saturday Night we went to dinner with our friends at The Garden Restaurant at JSMB! Walked around a little and saw the lights, and had so much fun in the fun atmosphere of Downtown Salt Lake!

It was Gregs Birthday a couple of days earlier so we celebrated that too! Its the coolest thing,.. they do a balloon launch for the Birthday 'person',  you get to write down a wish and send it off on a balloon through the roof!!! So cool! Go here for your birthday, cause it was awesome!!!

It was a great time!! I love my friends!! And am grateful to be surrounded by such good people!!!

Bear

Parker has been working hard in Scouts and earned his Bear last pack meeting. He has done very well in Scouts, he's got lots of patches, and belt loops and is a good little scout!

Way to go Park we are proud of all your hard work!

Marshmallow Land

Over the Thanksgiving break, we got busy and made a mini marshmallow land! It was pretty much really awesome and could Max be any cuter?

Brooke rocked the roof to the marshmallow house, turned out super!
